  • Personal hygiene, Pest control, Cleaning & Waste Management,
  • HACCP, Management of the HACCP system,
  • Written Exam

Training Programme Duration: 2 half day trainings 08.12.2020 and 15.12.2020

Who should attend: Chefs, Supervisors, Managers and Food Safety Champions

Requirements: Participants have already completed Level 2 Food Safety Training

Certificates: Certificate will be awarded for the successful completion of the course assessment. Certification is valid for 2 years.

Fee: €175 per person including certification. (Fee for a group is also available)

Delivery: Virtual training via Zoom.
