Day 3: Lead the team – Build a high performing team

  • Strategies to motivate your people to perform at their best
  • Show how EI is the key driver of psychological safety, trust and inclusion in a work environment.
  • Understand the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership
  • Case study presentations on participant success stories.
