The Executive Coaching Programme is for Senior Leaders and the overarching purpose is to ensure leaders develop the right skills and competencies in the right way and integrate them into the workplace to get maximum impact as soon as possible. This programme supports the development of your Leadership Brand, to build your Leadership Presence, boost confidence, develop effective Communication, Networking and enhancing Emotional Intelligence skills to ensure leaders effectively connect with, communicate with, and influence the key stakeholders and those they lead.

Expected Outcomes:

By the end of the programme participants will be able to:

  • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and improve Executive presence to enhance impact
  • Demonstrate how to connect with, communicate with, and influence those they lead and with the key stakeholders in the business
  • Demonstrate greater leadership potential – with skills to drive performance, be more empathetic, communicate powerfully, connect with stakeholders and make more effective decisions.
  • Understand the approach to build mutual respect and trust with key stakeholders to improve outcomes

 

Proposed Work Plan:

  • 3 way Programme Goal Agreement call to agree key outcomes from the programme with the Executive Coach, Coachee  (Manager being coached) and their line/support Manager
  • Sessions 1, 2 , 3 – Executive Coach & Coachee
  • 3 way Mid-Point Review Session with the Executive Coach, Coachee and their line/support Manager – To ensure progress made is aligned with expectations –
  • Sessions 4, 5 , 6 – Executive Coach & Coachee
  • 3 way final review session – Review progress, key outcomes and agree the next steps with Coach, Coachee and line/support Manager.
