EHOI PRIMARY COURSE IN FOOD HYGIENE TRAINING

The Primary Food Safety Level 2 Course trains food workers in the skills and knowledge of food safety and HACCP.

Training Programme Duration: 1 Full Day

Who should attend:
All Food handlers, Chefs, Kitchen/ Deli Staff who have been employed for over 3 months. These courses provide information on the additional food safety skills that staff should be able to demonstrate after 3 months of commencing employment in a food business.

Certificates: Certificate will be awarded for the successful completion of the EHAI course assessment. Course assessment takes 30 Minutes. Certification is valid for 5 years.

Delivery: On site/ In-Person Classroom training

Note: 2 weeks notice is required to register all applicants with the EHAI for assessment purposes.
