“Hello, my name is Una Crilly, the Founder of Positive Impact. I’m passionate about helping people to live life to the full and bring their best self to work every day. I support organisations with developing their people to perform at their absolute best, to build great teams, to create supportive, healthy workplaces where people and business thrive”
I have always had a passion for helping people, to uncover their strengths, and to really inspire and develop people to perform at their absolute best. My mission is to help people find more joyful moments at work and in life and to get through difficult times with compassion and resilience. I believe we can all improve our performance and our happiness through practicing positive life skills by building our emotional resilience.
I was the former head of Food Safety for the Dunnes Stores Group, and worked there for over 20 years. This was a very challenging yet rewarding role. I have the opportunity to develop individuals and create high performing teams. I supported leaders, to manage performance and engaging employees to deliver exceptional results and create the best possible customer experience. I have seen that exceptional results can only ever be achieved with great leadership, an engaged workforce leading to an outstanding customer experience, improved performance and productivity.
I worked with the Irish Blood Transfusion Board and supported the development and implementation an innovative Performance Development process for employees. I delivered workshops across the organisation and supported the change process. This resulted in improved employee engagement from less than 30% to over 90%. I provide coaching skills and managing performance workshops to support this process.
I am a qualified Marshall Goldsmith Leader and Team Coach using cutting edge tools and processes to enable leaders to achieve guaranteed, measurable growth. As an ACC accredited Business and Career Coach I have coached many people and have helped them to develop strategies to help them develop inspiring goals, create a plan and move forward quickly to achieve incredible results. I am an EQi 2.0/EQ 360 Emotonal intelligence assessor, and use assessments to bring awareness and understanding of personality preferences to individuals and teams, so they can form better relationships, be happier and become more effective in what they do.
I am a former Ibec Wellbeing assessor for the KeepWell programme where I assessed the Wellbeing Cultures in organisations against a best practice framework. I provide strategies on what works and what doesn’t, what has the biggest impact and value for organisations and what are the best practices to embed an effective wellbeing programme that reduces absenteeism, improves employee wellbeing, and improves performance. I also work with virtual teams helping to engage and support the wellbeing of remote workforces, to improve performance and deliver exceptional results.
